My name is Daniel, and for years, my internet name has been Highmoon. When I started hiking, and learned about trail names, it seemed natural to adopt my online moniker for my offline adventures. Thus, Daniel Highmoon was born.
I'm a 40-something creator, dad, husband, and nurse who enjoys going outdoors and wants to find a simpler life for myself and my family. I channel my creativity into projects that chronicle my adventures and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
